You must be 18v to buy beer,tobacco,buy/watch porn vote, play slot machines,and even go on a cruise on your own! however children (i call them children because under 18 they are not legally adults) can drive these mini cars called "mopoautoa" on roads at 15v!!! these cars are same size as a smart cars. and can very much kill as can any car, ban them or at least raise the minimum age for the drivers.
