Yleiskaavapohjainen suunnittelu ei tule perustua pikseleihin vaan järkeviin kokonaisuuksiin, joissa on selkeästi merkitty säilytettävät metsät, puistot, luonnonsuojelu- ja virkistysalueet sekä toisaalta pääväylät, tiet, kevyen liikenteen väylät yms. Kaavoitus tulisi tehdä mieluiten 10 vuoden perspektiivillä eikä vuositasolla, jolloin voidaan saada selkeämpi kuva tulevasta kehityksestä ja muutoksista.

The more one studies this awesome sign, the more one is struck by the mathematical probabilities of such an event. Since the first advent of Messiah, there have only been seven such Tetrads that fell on YHWH's Moedim. This one will be the eighth. Note that the number seven is the number of completion while eight is the number of new beginnings. 2015 is a Shmitah Year. 2017 will mark the 70th Jubilee from the Exodus and the 120th Jubilee from Creation.
