I want to do something as a Japanese but en osaa Suomea... If this is at least English, I can invite more Japanese friends.

This petition will be for mutual benefit of Japanese and Finnish. It means that Japanese would be able to get a working holiday in Finland and Finnish would be getting a working holiday in Japan. This way all working holiday visas work.

JMSA is doing the work in Finland to get this petition to Japanese and Finnish politicians and start the talks. The byrocracy is slow but maybe we can get this contract in the near future.
