 MV magazine doesn't blame foreigners for anything. No one does.  I am foreigner and still read MV.  Majority of foreigners in Finland are accepted, only ones getting blame are those who came here illegally - refugees.  About one promille of them are genuine, 99,9% are purely here for social benefits or just having "fun", especially when they are above a law compared to native Finns.
