Jobstep is just beyond a joke. Every year the same thing happens that the site crashes and no one gets the places that they want. As a student that is about to graduate, this is just not fair when the jobstep choices will affect your future career.

Everyone knows jobstep doesn't work and arranging for the different specialities to open on different days still has done nothing in making jobstep work. Something needs to be done!

Jobstep needs better servers and more placements for the students!
