Please don't stop departures from Tampere-Pirkkala, if anything, please offer more destinations. Eastern part of Germany would be much appreciated here, f.e. Erfurt, Leipzig or Dresden... Me and many of my German friends in Tampere would be happy about that; so would be granny in Germany, who would then be able to see her grandchild more than only once a year... :)
