Osio 1: / Section 1:
Niin moni pelaaja on joutunut pettymään, kun ostettu World of Warcraft ei olekaan asentunut koneelle, sillä peli on ahdettu cd:ille niin piukkaan, että pelin asennusvaiheessa tulee jatkuvasti asennusvirheitä. Koska peli ei asennu oikein, joutuu aina pettymään kun on turhaan maksanut n. 40€. Pelijulkaisija Blizzard tarjoaa kyllä kuittia vastaan korvaamaan cd:t uusilla, muussa tapauksessa se maksaa 10€ / cd.

Vetoammekin nyt Blizzardiin, jotta se julkaisisi DVD version pelistä, joka sisältäisi myös uusimmat päivitteet. Tällä eliminoitaisiin n. yli 80% lukuvirheistä. Pelin tosin voi ladata myös netistä, kiitos siitä, mutta tässäkin on tullut tapauksia, joissa peli ei päivity oikein.

Tämä adressi lähetetään ensi kuussa (10.) Blizzardin asiakastukeen. Kaikki vastaukset tullaan ilmoittamaan sivuilla myöhemmin, mikäli niitä saadaan.



Osio 2: / Section 2:

Many of us players has been let down, as World of Warcraft game is packed to cd:s too tight, causing readerrors, while installing from cd:s. Because game does not install correctly, you always tend to get deppressed & let down, as you have payed for the game that does not work. This usually is around 40€ of damage. Gamehouse blizzard has agreed to compensate the broken cd:s, if the receit is included, without it, it costs 10€ / cd.

There is easy fix on this situation, as game could be placed on 1 dvd and there is still space left for all updates released so far (This would repair about over 80% of read errors). We address signers now plea to blizzard to release DVD version of normal edition with updates so far. Game client can be downloaded from the net, thanks for that, but there has been cases, where these clients does not update correctly.

This address is sent to Blizzard customer support at next month (10th). All replies from blizzard will be published within these sites, if we receve any.
